The Shipping Journey
Factory Production & QC
Units are manufactured to destination-country specifications. Every module undergoes dimensional inspection, waterproof testing, and electrical safety checks before leaving the production line.
Protective Packaging
Modules are wrapped in moisture-barrier film, corner-protected with foam, and secured on wooden skids. Glass and door handles receive individual protective casing. Container houses are shipped flat-packed to maximize container capacity.
Container Loading Optimization
Our logistics team uses 3D loading software to maximize space utilization. A standard 40HQ container can fit 6-8 flat-packed container house units or 12-16 K-Type prefab panels. Proper weight distribution prevents shipping damage.
Customs & Documentation
We prepare complete export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, material certifications (CE, ISO), and customs declarations. Our team coordinates with freight forwarders for smooth port clearance.
Delivery & On-Site Support
Upon arrival, our installation team or local partner supervises unloading and assembly. Bilingual manuals, video guides, and 24/7 technical support ensure your project stays on schedule regardless of location.
Packaging Standards
Vapor-proof wrapping prevents corrosion during ocean transit in high-humidity conditions.
Foam padding and corner guards absorb shocks during loading, unloading, and transport.
Steel strapping and wooden bracing lock modules firmly in place to prevent movement.
Each package is numbered and labeled with handling instructions, contents list, and destination.
